Localhost Master Plan

Roadmap

At Localhost, we strive to provide the highest quality digital solutions to our customers.

Our customers put a lot of trust into us to build something that they can use and enjoy. We cannot take advantage of that trust. For the past five years, we have built out custom e-commerce solutions, job listing platforms, inventory management systems, and inviting landing pages across industries in Food & Agriculture, Wholesale & Retail, Medicine, and Non-profits. We have learned a lot along the way and have made changes to the way we work to ensure that our customers (you) are always treated fairly.

  1. Transparency

The digital solutions that Localhost provides are not magic tricks - although sometimes it may feel that way. We will always make it clear to you what is happening under-the-hood to make our solutions work.

  2. Control

You. Are. In. Control. Localhost will never tie you into a situation where you feel like your digital life is taken hostage. We have seen too many scenarios of dishonest, sneaky, and shameless agencies who use tactics that start as partnerships, and dissolve into what really comes down to a waste of your time and money. For this reason, we set up each project with you having complete ownership of your domain, servers, files, etc.

With control comes power and responsibility, and we at Localhost know you can handle it.

  3. Training

When we build you a solution, we want you to know how to use it, how to maintain it, and ultimately how to get the most out of it. We ensure that you, and your team have the proper tools and training to feel at-home when using our solutions.

  4. Support

Localhost is dedicated to providing the best support we can to make sure your issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Call us, email us, anything, but don't hesitate to reach out when you need a hand.

So, what is our plan? Through Transparency, Control, Knowledge / Training, and Support, Localhost will become a digital partner like no other.
